The partnership will introduce new markets such as Middle East, USA, Europe, and Australia to local SMEs, effectively expanding DFTZ's customer base from a regional to a global one.

A committee will shortlist qualified SMEs for onboarding.
Receive email with instructions and next steps to be onboarded.
Prepare content to be uploaded into partnering eMarketplaces.
Learn and utilize the eMarketplace features through training.
Begin your trade on eMarketplaces and await for your first order.
Ship your product to your customer through DFTZ via appointed logistic partners.
Participate in ongoing cross border eCommerce campaigns.
CriteriaTo participate, SME's must meet the following requirements:
- Incorporated under the Companies Act 1965 and/or Companies Act 2016 and/or Registration of Business 1956 and/Limited Liability Partnership Act 2012 and/or Co-operative Act 1993, and Minimum of 60% Malaysian shareholding
- Currently exporting 'Made in Malaysia' products.
- Currently exporting with compliance to export requirements
- Have operational capabilities to support eCommerce
